If weather becomes an issue for outdoor events, we´ll work with you to find the best option -such as adjusting the setup, moving it indoors, or rescheduling based on availability.

How do I know the balloons will match our decorations?
Before your event, we confirm your color palette and overall style.
We also create a digital mock-up so you can see your décor ahead of time- ensuring ther´s no guesswork or surprises.
What you approve in the mockup is exactly what you´ll see at your event, with balloons that match your décor perfectly.
Do you offer custom themes or just pre-set packages?
Yes, all of our designs are fully custom. Every setup is created from scratch based on your colors, style and vision.
How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during busy seasons. However, if your event is sooner, feel free to reach out-if we have availability, we´ll be happy to help!
